JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Resp. for Collection of Outstanding Payment. 
• Send Letters/Reminders to clients regarding outstanding dues via email. 
• Client visit  for payment. 
• Debtor reconciliation. 
• Prep. daily payment collection report. 
• Propose write off irrecoverable receivables

SKILLS:

• Prepare payment forecast. 
• Followups due & overdue payment by telephone/email/letters. 
• Check Bills . 
• Prepare monthly collection ledger. 
• Keep record of day to day payment receipts. 
• Ensure timely collection. 
• Pref. candidates from cables /electrical Co.
